Q: Can I only order ONE box?

A: Yes, you can order even only ONE box. We do not have any minimum order requirement.

Q: What are the available box sizes?

A: We provide custom-sized cartons services. Which means, you are free to order any quantities of boxes and also any sizes to your exact requirements.

Q:What are the measurements that I have to provide?

A: Basically, you just need to provide three measurements, namely: the internal Length, the internal Width and the Internal Height of the carton box you required. By convention, the longest side of the object will be assigned as the Length, followed by the shorter side as the Width and Height remains as the vertical distance of the object from ground level to the highest point of the object. 

Q:How long must I wait for my boxes to be ready?

A: We will always strive to achieve the shortest leadtime for customers' orders, but delays will be expected due to different circumstances and backorders. But in some urgent cases, we are able to deliver in hours, on a case by case basis.

Q:What are the available designs?

A: Please refer to our product page. There is a whole list of available designs. Most of the pictures are taken straight from our factory. We will be pleased to welcome any specified designs that you have in mind if our available designs do not meet your requirements.

Q:Do you provide packing services?

A:Yes and No. We only specialized in making custom-sized carton boxes but you are always welcome to bring your products (if humanly possible) to our factory for a tailor-made packing service. We will provide the appropriate cushioning/packaging materials and a custom-sized carton box for your products. In short, we will provide on-the-spot packaging service for your products.
